Ísteka‘s equal pay policy

Ísteka‘s policy is that all employees receive equal pay and benefits for the same or equally valuable work, in accordance to laws on equal status and rights of the genders, no. 150/2020. Equal pay means that salary is determined in the same way for everybody, regardless of gender. Criteria on which salary decisions are based shall be completely free of gender discrimination.
The equal pay policy acts as Ísteka‘s salary policy.
To follow through with our equal pay policy, Ísteka is committed to:
Implement, document, and maintain a certified equal pay system in accordance with the requirements of the ÍST 85 standard.
Annually conduct a salary analysis and present its results to all employees.
React if the standard‘s requirements are not met, e.g. with unexplained gender pay gap, with continuous improvement and monitoring.
Annually hold a management review where equal pay goals are set and reviewed.
Comply with appropriate laws and other requirements that apply at any given time.
Publish the policy on the company‘s inner web and present it to all employees.
The equal pay policy is also presented on the company’s public website.
